PAS 24000 is an international standard dedicated to social responsibility management, designed to ensure ethical, transparent working conditions and respect for human rights throughout the entire value chain.

For Bericah S.p.A. and Dr. Protec, it represents the natural evolution of the path begun with SA8000, introducing a more up-to-date, comprehensive model aligned with global working environments.

The standard governs essential issues for the protection of people and the integrity of business processes, such as:

protection of minors and young workers
combatting forced labor and human trafficking
occupational health and safety
fair and verifiable compensation conditions
freedom of association and collective bargaining
sustainable working hours
diversity, equity, and inclusion

Bericah S.p.A. has established bodies dedicated to system management, continuous monitoring, and the improvement of working conditions, ensuring listening, handling of reports (including anonymous ones), training, risk analysis, and ongoing dialogue with all stakeholders.

Committed to collecting reports and/or complaints, which may also be submitted anonymously;

Health and Safety Committee

Composed of the RSPP, the occupational physician, and the workers’ safety representative.
