With the achievement of UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification, Bericah S.p.A. takes a significant step toward the systemic integration of the principles of equal opportunities, inclusion, and social responsibility into its organizational model.
This certification attests to the adoption of a Gender Equality Management System, developed in accordance with the reference practice defined by UNI in collaboration with the Department for Equal Opportunities of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers.
Bericah thus joins a growing number of companies that, in line with the objectives of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), choose to actively promote cultural and organizational change toward a fairer future.

The path toward certification was guided by the desire to strengthen the central role of equal opportunities between men and women within the organization, promoting a fair working environment based on respect, listening, and the enhancement of talent, regardless of gender.

The General Management has appointed a Gender Equality Officer, providing the resources, expertise, and tools necessary to fully integrate these principles into the company’s management system.
The effectiveness of the actions undertaken is monitored through key performance indicators (KPIs), which are subject to periodic review to ensure transparency, effectiveness, and consistency with the stated objectives.

As required by UNI/PdR 125:2022, our Gender Equality Policy is made public and shared with all staff, partners, suppliers, and external stakeholders, including through this website.
