CERTIFICATION UNI ISO 45001:2018 – Social Accountability and Work Ethics

The UNI ISO 45001 standard concerns occupational health and safety for employees and all individuals who access company premises. Certified companies must demonstrate: safe and healthy working environments, minimized risk factors, and continuous improvement in OSH (Occupational Health and Safety) performance.

CERTIFICATION UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management Systems

The UNI EN ISO 9001 standard defines the requirements for implementing a quality management system, aimed at managing business processes, improving effectiveness and efficiency in product realization and service delivery, and achieving and increasing customer satisfaction.

CERTIFICATION UNI CEI EN ISO 13485:2021 – Medical Devices Quality Management Systems

The UNI CEI EN ISO 13485 standard defines specific requirements for a quality management system in the medical sector. It incorporates elements of ISO 9001 and includes requirements for medical devices to ensure they are safe, effective, compliant with regulations, and meet the needs of professionals and patients in clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities.

CERTIFICATION UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 – Environmental Management Systems

The UNI EN ISO 14001 standard defines the requirements for an environmental management system for environmental sustainability. This standard is based on continuous improvement and the PDCA cycle (designed to improve processes and ensure efficient, ongoing quality), tools aimed at continuously enhancing the environmental management system through the implementation of a High Level Structure (HLS) common to all new ISO standards.

CERTIFICATION PAS 24000 – Social Responsibility Management System

In line with the company’s values and the mission that has always guided our decisions, Bericah has embarked on the path to obtain PAS 24000 certification.

This is an international standard that recognizes the adoption of socially responsible practices across the entire value chain: from respect for workers’ rights and workplace safety to the promotion of ethical and fair conditions.

CERTIFICATION AEO – Reliability and Security of Customs Processes

The Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) is a status granted by customs authorities, certifying that the company complies with high standards of security and reliability in international trade operations.

The UNI/PdR 125:2022 Certification for Gender Equality strengthens Bericah’s commitment to an inclusive and transparent governance model based on merit. Achieving this certification reinforces the integration of principles of fairness and equal opportunities within company processes, contributing to the creation of a more equitable, responsible workplace aligned with ESG criteria.

CERTIFICATE SYNESGY – ESG Sustainability Assessment

Synesgy is a global digital platform that enables the assessment of companies’ overall commitment to environmental, social, and governance issues, as well as the collection and management of information related to ESG principles for verifying the sustainability criteria of their suppliers. It is based on international sustainability standards, including the Global Reporting Initiative, the United Nations Global Compact, the Carbon Disclosure Project, and Taxonomy guidelines.

We select our suppliers by establishing a clear relationship with them, through which we ensure compliance with the quality of the products, an essential requirement that we have always demanded.

Alongside the high product quality standards—confirmed by the numerous quality controls we carry out from production through to delivery—we place equal importance on compliance with national and international regulations regarding corporate social responsibility, the protection of labor and workers’ rights, as well as environmental safeguarding policies and charitable initiatives supporting the social sector.
